    • Direct services and referrals to community resources

    By being active members of these alliances, we’re able to develop health care initiatives that address health care disparities throughout Colorado.


    Open Enrollment 2016

    Our Community Health Advocates provide in person assistance to customers, distribute fair and impartial information concerning the availability of tax credits and help facilitate enrollment in health plans.
