  Arlis Adolf, MD, grew up on a wheat farm near American Falls, Idaho.  She received her BA in Biology, with another emphasis in music, from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash. Her MD degree was obtained at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.  She ventured to Denver to do both a residency and fellowship at the University of Colorado.  She is board certified in Family Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Family Practice.  She has been active in both the Colorado and American Academy of Family Practice, holding several leadership positions in those organizations as well as at the hospitals and group practices where she has worked.  She has also served as a mentor for medical students and residents.  She was honored to be one of Channel 4’s recognized family physicians as well as one of the 100 Outstanding Alums recognized by PLU during its Centennial celebration.

• Dr. Adolf has been in private practice in both solo and group practice settings since 1979, providing care for families from obstetrics to geriatrics.  She cherishes the long standing relationships with her patients, including some 4 generation families. She firmly believes that every patient deserves a physician who is the hub of the wheel of their health care providers, coordinating the parts but looking out for the “whole person”, providing a “medical home.”

  Other passions include playing the pipe organ, traveling, being active in her church, attending concerts, following the Rockies and Broncos, and spending time with family and friends.
