  Dr Castelli Received his undergraduate degree with honors from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. He then completed medical school and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha honor Society in 1997 at the University of Tennesee. After finishing residency at Vanderbilt university Medical Center in 2001, Dr Castelli practiced in Tennesee for eight years before joining Associates in Women's Health Care in 2009. He has been board certified since 2003 and is a fellow of the American College of OB/GYN.  He specializes in all areas of obstetrics and gynecolgy. Dr. Castelli was the first OB/GYN in Pueblo to use the da Vinci robotic surgery system for hysterectomies.
