Shared Savings:

Colorado Accountable Care shares savings resulting from improved coordinated and high quality of care with Medicare. We use Colorado Accountable Care’s share of savings to fund the investments that we are making in additional clinical staff and information technology. We also share savings with physicians, other providers and hospitals to support their additional work and the practice changes that are necessary to improve the coordination and quality of care.
