Centura Health believes there are five fundamental questions that must be addressed to truly reform health care in the United States.
Over the next few years, there will be tens of thousands of pages of rules and regulations that will interpret the 2,000+ page legislation and spell out more clearly how it will be administered. So it is impossible to determine with certainty exactly how the legislation will affect us in the future. Although this legislation is indeed not going to adequately address all the opportunities we face to reinvent health care delivery in the United States, there is much we can do at the local, regional, and state level to better address the five fundamental issues detailed in the links to the left.
