Volunteering with Centura Health
Volunteers help support the mission of Centura Health and make a difference in the lives of patients and visitors at each of our entities across the state. We welcome volunteers from the teenage years to 100 years and train each to provide a wide range of vital services, including:
• Helping caregivers and patients in Centura’s facilities
• Staffing information desks and running gift shops
• Facilitating administrative work
• Helping patients and families to find their way around our facilities
Volunteers must:
• Be willing to consistently contribute service for a designated time frame.
• Complete an application and go through an interview process.
• Agree to a background check and TB test. (At no cost to you.)
• Attend a volunteer orientation and go through training for your specific volunteer position.
If you would like to learn about opportunities to share your time and talents please contact the specific facility located near you.
