Jennifer Caughlin
Jennifer comes to Centura Health with over nine years of recruiting and staffing experience. She is the Director of Recruiting and has a team of nine top notch recruiters. She and her team have hired over 500 nurses in the past year for Centura Health. Recently Jennifer and her team have taken on all managers and below positions for the corporate office of Centura. Healthcare is Jennifer’s passion and Centura Health’s mission and vision is her guiding star. Jennifer feels it is a blessing to be with such an amazing organization. She has her master’s degree in Woman Studies from Regis University and her bachelor of science in Human Resources from the University of Nebraska. Jenny has 2 sons’ ages 4 and 2. She and her husband Steve are avid cyclists as well as snow boarders. They are native Nebraskan’s.

Kim Chainhalt
Kim comes to Centura with 18 years of experience in the Health Care Industry. She is the Operations Manager for the Regional Float Pool. Prior to coming to Centura her most recent experience includes: Staffing Office Manager for 5 years in which she managed 12 Staffing Coordinators who facilitated over 500 employee schedules in the Continental and Midwest Divisions. In July of 2007 she was hired as the Operations Manager for Centura Health's Regional Float Pool. She loves her current position and feels blessed everyday that she works for a faith based organization that directly impacts patient care. She is married and has three children. Her passion is family time, watching her children in all their sporting events and her love of the outdoors.

Penne McPhereson
Penne has been a Diploma Nurse for over 30 years, and now holds a Masters in Nursing Leadership. She is the Nurse Educator for the Regional Float Pool. Penne has worked in many different specialties at several facilities both in-state and out-of-state, but her love is Oncology. Her family consists of an 18 year old son and a Border Collie named Levi. Levi loves to go to the "Big Park", which roughly translates to "mountains" in English. She has been back in Colorado now for over 10 years, but actually grew up in the Air Force. Penne is a wonderful asset to the team and will be conducting all orientation trainings, as well as any additional clinical issues.

Heather Bowden
Heather brings to Centura Health more than 8 years of staffing experience, including seven years in nurse recruitment. She joined the Regional Float Pool in October 2007. Heather has a strong passion for recruiting nurses and placing the most qualified talent with her customers. Heather is a Colorado native and grew up in Boulder, Colorado. Heather graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Heather and her husband Michael have two French Bulldogs and enjoying spending time them and as well as golfing, skiing and being with friends and family.

Hope Joseph
Hope has over 8 years experience in staffing, with 6 years in the healthcare industry. She is Staffing Coordinator for the Regional Float Pool. Prior to healthcare staffing, she worked as an IT Recruiter, and truly enjoys working with people. Hope moved to Colorado 10 years ago from Boston where she was a HR Manager for a Marketing company. She lives here with her 2 dogs, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.

Marlys Corn
Marlys Corn comes to Centura with 5 years experience in the healthcare industry. She is a Staffing Coordinator for the Regional Float Pool. Marlys brings an understanding and compassion in assisting staffing facilities units. Marlys moved to Colorado 12 years ago with her husband of 26 years, and her 4 daughters. Recently, adding a granddaughter to the mix. She loves the out doors and spending time with her family. Her favorite saying is: In all things remember to Fully Rely On God!

Ashley Bose
Ashley has been recruiting nurses since 2004. She joined our team in August 2007 as a System Recruiter. For the first several years of her recruiting career she recruited for a national health care agency where she became one of the top recruiters company-wide within her first year. She now brings her experience and passion for the health care industry to Centura where she hired 100 nurses for the company within 9 months of hire. Ashley is proud to be a part of an organization with such a meaningful mission where she can contribute to patient care through the hiring process. She is an Iowa native and graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communication and Religious Studies. Ashley and her husband Patrick enjoy hiking and traveling with their son throughout Colorado!

Hilary Narayan
Hillary grew up in Colorado and is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Boulder. She has been a System Recruiter for Centura since the pilot in Oct. of 2007. She places nurses in our south state market. Hilary has five and a half years of healthcare recruiting experience and is proud to work for Centura Health. Hilary loves the outdoors, traveling and attending sporting events…”Go Broncos!”

Lynne Handlin
Lynne brings to Centura Health more than 7 years of nursing and staffing experience. She is System Recruiter that has been with us since Oct. 2007. Prior to Centura she was a Pediatric nurse in Denver. In addition she worked for a nation wide recruitment firm placing management level nurses throughout the US. Lynne has enthusiasm for recruiting and enjoys working with nurses with this same passion. Lynne grew up in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois and graduated from University of Kansas with a Bachelors Degree in Physiology and from Regis University with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Lynne enjoys spending time with her husband Justin, where you can find them enjoying the outdoors and playing with her two dogs and cat.

Sue Forster, SPHR
Sue comes to Centura Health with over 25 years as a human resources professional, with expertise in employment and staffing. She has extensive experience in sourcing, screening and delivering talent to her client groups from high volume staffing to executive level placements. She has worked for three major multinational corporate organizations and most recently was managing partner for a successful search firm. Sue has joined Centura for the faith-based mission that resonates with her heart. She has her bachelor of science from Arizona State University. Sue is active in the community with stewardship initiatives and young women's leadership programs. She is the mother of an active 14 year old daughter.

Gina Severino
Gina is a native of Colorado and a graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in psychology. She was formally a Staffing Coordinator for the Regional Float Pool but has recently joined the System Recruiting team. Gina comes to Centura with five years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience in various industries. Gina has been with Centura since June 2007 and has served as a Staffing Coordinator for the Regional Float Pool and most currently as a System Allied Recruiter. Gina and her husband Nic love to travel and spend time with their families.
