Parish Nursing - Centura Health

The Centura Pastoral Nurse Program embodies the integration between spirituality and health. This is done by facilitating health and wellness in the communities around our hospitals through partnerships and alliances with churches, schools, senior centers, housing developments and community organizations. The programs offer a variety of wellness and illness prevention based on the community's needs.
