Our facilities have ethics committees to consider ethical issues that relate to our patients, residents, hospital staff and physicians.
Ethical decision-making is facilitated in four ways through:
- Education
- Policy development
- Individual case consultation
- Interpretation and application of our sponsors’ ethical and religious directives
