What can I see or do in MyCenturaHealth?

MyCenturaHealth allows you to:

  • Review your current medications, allergies, immunizations, medical conditions and lab results.
  • Receive a notification when information in your medical record is updated.
  • View upcoming appointments and receive reminders at participating locations.
  • Download and print your medical record for your own personal records.
  • Communicate with your Centura Health Physician Group provider through secure, online messaging.

Can I register online to use MyCenturaHealth?

Yes. You should receive an email with a link to register following a visit to a Centura Health hospital or Centura Health Physician Group practice location. In the event you don’t receive an email to register, go to www.centura.org/MyCenturaHealth and choose Register for MyCenturaHealth. Then follow the steps outlined at http://www.centura.org/login-instructions.

How long will it take to complete registration?

It will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete registration. You will need access to your email to complete this step in the process. However, logging in each time after that will only take a matter of moments.

I can’t find my email with the link to register for MyCenturaHealth. How do I get another one?

Navigate your Web browser to www.centura.org/MyCenturaHealth and choose Register for MyCenturaHealth. Then follow the steps outlined at http://www.centura.org/login-instructions.

What if I forget my password?

Navigate your Web browser to www.MyCenturaHealth.org. Click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to choose a new password and security questions.

How do I change my one-time password?

After logging into MyCenturaHealth for the first time by entering your one-time password, you will be prompted to establish your own password.

Can I change my username?

Not at this time. Your username will be attached to your MyCenturaHealth account, so you must continue to use it to access your information.

How do I change my own established password in the future?

After you’ve established your account, click on the link “Preferences” (located at the bottom of the Home Page) and choose “Change Password.” Follow the prompts described to change your password.

How do I change my security questions?

You will need to call the MyCenturaHealth patient support line to reset your security questions. The phone number is 866-414-1562.

How do I change the e-mail to which notifications are sent?

Click on the link “Preferences” (located at the bottom of the Home Page) and choose “Update User Preferences.” Follow the prompts described to update your notification email address. Please note, if you want to update your email address on file for the hospital and physician practices, please click on “Update Profile” and make the corresponding changes on that page, as well.

How do I request an appointment?

Available for Centura Health Physician Group patients, only:

  • Click on “Messages.”
  • Choose “Send Message.”
  • Select your physician from the drop down menu.
  • Enter a subject and type a message, similar to how you would compose an email

How do I view past and upcoming appointments?

You can see your last three visits on the Home Page. If you want to see more visits, click on “Health Record,” then choose “Visit History.” Click on the “Appointments” tab to access upcoming appointments.

If you need to make an appointment for a visit within the next 72 hours, please call the office.

How do I update my medication list, immunizations, and/or allergies on MyCenturaHealth?

If you would like to suggest a change to any information contained on MyCenturaHealth, send a secure message to your Centura Health Physician Group practice:

  • Click on “Messages.”
  • Choose “Send Message.”
  • Select your physician from the drop down menu.
  • Enter a subject and type a message, similar to how you would compose an email

Can I have access to my child’s information contained within MyCenturaHealth?

At this time, we are not offering additional third-party access for designated representatives to view patient information online. However, we expect to offer this functionality in the near future, so check back soon! If you previously had third-party access granted through an earlier version of MyCenturaHealth, you should still have access to view these accounts online.

How can I get access to additional medical record information that is not contained within MyCenturaHealth?

You can request access to obtain a copy of your protected health information (PHI) that is contained within the designated record set, contained in medical and/or billing records, or records used by Centura to make decisions about you as the individual by contacting your physician’s office or the medical records staff at a Centura Health hospital. You will need to complete the appropriate paperwork. Centura Health may charge a reasonable cost-based fee for copies, summaries, explanations, and postage.

What if I notice an error in my information within MyCenturaHealth?

Please contact your physician’s practice via phone or by sending a secure message through MyCenturaHealth. If you are not a Centura Health Physician Group patient, please contact the medical records department at a Centura Health hospital facility. Depending on the type of information, staff can either correct the error or provide instructions on how to request an amendment to your protected health information.
