Chief Executive Officer
Brandon Nudd joined Centura Health in July 2018 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. His mission is to bring honor and glory to God by being the best father and husband for his family as well as being a servant leader to the incredible team of caregivers at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital.
Prior to joining Centura Health, Brandon served as Chief Operating Officer at AdventHealth Gordon in Calhoun, Ga. and AdventHealth Murray in Chatsworth, Ga. As an AdventHealth leader, he has served in various leadership roles around the country including Administrative Director of Organizational Development and Primary Care Services, Director of Business Development and Director of Human Resources.
He graduated from Southern Adventist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and received his Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. With a commitment to lifelong learning and excellence in health care, Brandon is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Brandon enjoys volunteering in the community as he serves on several board positions in Castle Rock, Castle Pines and Highlands Ranch. Brandon and his wife have four young children and together as a family enjoy so much of what Colorado has to offer.
Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer
Chase Aalborg serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (COO/CFO) for Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. Chase joined Castle Rock after serving as CFO at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook and AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Glenoaks in Illinois. He previously worked for Centura Health as the Director of Finance at Littleton Adventist Hospital as well as AdventHealth in other roles.
Chase serves our thriving ecosystem by living out his mission of fulfilling whole person care in our community and helping those in need, from our incredible caregivers to our neighbors.
Chase received his Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Regis University, Denver Colo., and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance from Walla Walla College, College Place, Wash.
Chase and his wife have two young children. They enjoy the many outdoor adventures that Colorado has to offer, participating in our vibrant community and beyond.
Devin Bateman, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Devin Bateman, MD, is Castle Rock Adventist Hospital’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is on a mission to ensure the hospital’s patients and people experience the same care we would want for our own loved ones. Dr. Bateman is instrumental in managing Castle Rock Adventist Hospital’s medical partners and is committed to ensuring each patient receives high-quality, safe, and effective care to meet their unique needs.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Colorado Medical Society and the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Bateman holds certifications from the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the Colorado Board of Medicine.
Dr. Bateman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a Medical Degree from Loyola University Chicago, Ill. He completed his residency at the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, before serving as the University's Chief Resident in Emergency Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Bateman is a proud veteran, having served as a Major in the United States Air Force Medical Corps from 1999 to 2003, with deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Maureen Dzialo, MS, RN, NE-BC
Chief Nursing Officer
Maureen Dzialo, MS, RN, NE-BC, has served as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Castle Rock Adventist Hospital since October 2018 and is on a mission to live a life of service worthy of heaven. She is committed to helping create a supportive learning environment to help reduce barriers, improve caregiver satisfaction and exceed patient expectations.
Maureen has been part of the connected Centura Health ecosystem since 2015 and has led in roles including Nursing Director of Porter Adventist Hospital and Vice President of Patient Services.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Arizona State University, Phoenix, Ariz., and her Master of Science – Nursing Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Regis University, Denver, Colo.
Outside of work Maureen enjoys spending time with her family. Usually she and her husband, Mark, can be found watching their two children play sports or enjoying time outdoors as a family.
Director of Human Resources
Audrey Pasvogel has worked with Centura Health since 2015, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. She is on a mission to authentically understand the uniqueness of others around her and works to highlight the unique needs of the individuals and teams she works with closely.
Prior to joining Centura Health, Audrey worked in a variety of health care and non-profit Human Resources positions in Minnesota and Colorado. Audrey is a native of rural Kansas and later turned military spouse; she has lived across the US and abroad.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan., and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration with Human Resources specialization from Colorado State University – Global Campus.
Audrey and her family enjoy skiing, hiking, biking and traveling.
Director of Outpatient Services
Lisa Hinton is the Director of Outpatient Services at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital and joined our healing ministry in November 2015. Lisa’s mission is to increase the availability of quality health care in our growing community and is rooted in fostering healing care to meet the unique needs of each person.
Lisa has served in various roles with Centura Health including as Director of Business Development for Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. Prior to her time at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, Lisa worked for HealthSouth corporation for 15 years in California and Colorado as Director of Business Development/Marketing Operations and Director of Therapy Operations.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Minot State University, Minot, N.D.
Rooted in the Castle Rock community, Lisa enjoys serving on the Board of Directors for two local organizations. She is the mother of two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
