Family Medicine
HealthFit’s Primary Care Family Medicine
Our comprehensive medical practice performs routine exams, physicals and vaccinations as well as provides the best treatment for injuries, asthma, allergies, flu and chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes. By working one on one with our patients, we believe in recommending the right diet, exercise and lifestyle choices for each patient’s specific well-being. We believe in the power of healing—the holistic solutions we hope and believe our patients will embrace to pursue more fulfilling and healthier lives.
For patients in need of specialized treatment, we refer them to specialists on the same campus we share with Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. These top performing specialists excel in radiology and imaging, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology.

Sports Medicine
HealthFit’s Primary Care Sports Medicine
Our comprehensive care covers issues related to athletic performance as well as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, overuse injuries and similar conditions and ailments. We recommend and use minimally invasive treatment plans such as prescriptive exercise along with ultrasound-guided injections (stem cell, steroid, and platelet-rich plasma). When patients do require surgery, we refer them to our trusted, experienced orthopedic surgeons for care.
We also introduce our patients to kinesiologists who use exercise to transform the body. We believe exercise is a key therapy for those who have acute injuries or more ongoing concerns. By using movement as medicine, we can better address the true cause of an injury that leads to pain.
Our goal with all of our patients is to guide them toward a more active lifestyle. We look for treatments that do not temporarily relive pain, but ultimately have the potential to cure and help patients return to the lives they enjoy.
Meet Our Providers
Our board-certified primary care and sports medicine providers believe in developing relationships with our patients to gain a more complete understanding of their individual needs.
