Carrie Bach
Group Director of Development & Foundations | St. Anthony Advisory Board Member
With more than a decade of experience in growing businesses, Carrie is an expert in creating sales & fundraising strategies and leading teams. She has a diverse background in the private sector as a business owner and entrepreneur, as well as in the nonprofit industry as a development professional and board member. Carrie is a published writer and columnist, with her works appearing in numerous financial publications, as well as Entrepreneur magazine.
Carrie received her bachelor’s degree in political science from The George Washington University, and holds an executive certificate in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Notre Dame.
Candy Elkind
Major Gift Officer
Candy comes to us with more than 20 years of fundraising experience. She has two Master’s degrees—one in Nonprofit Management from University of Pennsylvania and one in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University. As if the Ivy League wasn’t enough, Candy achieved a certificate in Leadership Development from the University of Denver. Candy is also a local Summit resident for the past six years. She is originally from Philadelphia, PA.


Mike Jensen
Database Manager
Mike was born and raised in Colorado Springs and has more than five years of not-for-profit experience. Prior to joining the Foundation, he spent his time in banking.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in information technology from Colorado Technical University. In his spare time, he enjoys finding new things he can do with his wife and two kids.


Roxanne Solano
Development Assistant
Roxanne was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She came to the Foundation from the corporate world in August 2009 and she keeps the office running like a top! Roxanne's welcoming smile is the first thing visitors see, when they come to the Foundation office, and it is obvious to all that she absolutely loves her job.
She and her husband have no children, but always seem to have their nieces and nephews on the weekends. Roxanne enjoys family and friends and looks forward to coming home to her lively puppy every evening.


Allison Toppen
Project Coordinator
Allison has lived in Colorado since 2012 and has more than four years of nonprofit experience. Prior to joining the Foundation, she spent her time working as a development assistant for the University of Colorado Boulder and USA Cycling.
Allison received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Auburn University. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Colorado with her husband, Mark, and training for road races - specifically marathons.


Hannah Watson
Grants Manager
Hannah joined Centura as Grants Manager in 2016 supporting the Southern Colorado Hospitals, and has since expanded her role to support several Centura Hospital Foundation’s along the Front Range. She loves working with program staff, and learning of the tremendous impact that grant and philanthropic support has in various Colorado communities. Hannah received in Master’s in Public Administration from University of Colorado.
