Bristlecone Health Services Offers Free Service to Help Prevent Falls in the Community

Community members can receive a free evaluation in their home by a Bristlecone Health Services physical therapist to assess the risk of falls and learn what to do to make their home safer. This service is especially helpful for those facing an upcoming surgery and need to prepare for the return to their home. The evaluation will also include medical management, environmental and home modifications and suggested balance and strengthening activities.
