Community Hospital Signs Letter of Intent with Centura Health

(MESA COUNTY, COLO.) Community Hospital’s Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) entering into exclusive discussions to join Centura Health, the region’s health care leader. The Board’s decision to execute the LOI with Centura Health reflects its long-term commitment to preserve and expand options for compassionate, high quality health care in the Grand Valley.
