The Flight For Life license plate program went into effect, January 1, 2013, with the first plate purchased by Scott Phillips, St. Anthony Hospital department director of PreHospital Services. Phillips said, This is a great way to support a program I have spent a lot of time with!
To date, 58 Flight For Life Colorado license plates have been sold.
Flight For Life Colorado Director Kathy Mayer said, Were thrilled to see how quickly the license plate program has taken off! Its fun to spot a Flight For Life license plate, as I drive down the highway; and we are truly grateful for all the community support.
The license plate program will bring awareness to the life-saving efforts of this tremendous program across the entire state of Colorado, said St. Anthony Health Foundation Chief Development Officer Leslie Strate.
