Penrose-St. Francis Health Services is among the top five percent in the nation in four areas as measured by lowest risk-adjusted mortality or complications, according to this years evaluations of Healthgrades, the leading online resource helping consumers make informed decisions to find the right doctor, the right hospital and the right care.

Penrose-St. Francis was placed in the top five percent in the Nation for Overall Orthopedic Services for 4 Years in a Row (2013-2016), for Treatment of Stroke for 2 Years in a Row (2015-2016), for Overall Pulmonary Services for Four Years in a Row (2013-2016), and for General Surgery in 2016. Every year Healthgrades evaluates hospital performance at over 4,500 hospitals nationwide for 33 of the most common inpatient procedures and conditions.
