Driven by this commitment to long-term sustainability, we have made the decision to concentrate on our greatest clinical strengths and reimagine a better way to deliver high-quality, high-value health care. By focusing on and reinvesting in these core service areas, we are leveraging our greatest clinical strengths and continuing to build on our 136-year legacy of high-quality care.

During this transition, our priorities are ensuring our patients have uninterrupted access to high-quality care and supporting our associates whose jobs are impacted. By the end of May, we anticipate that approximately two-thirds of our impacted associates will have found a new position within Centura Health or at another health care organization in the area. We will continue to work to help all of our impacted employees land on their feet.

Our commitment is to pursue this change with integrity and in a way that supports the health and well-being of the Southern Colorado communities that St. Mary-Corwin is dedicated to serve.
