About Heather Rahim, NP

Heather Rahim, ANP-C, is originally from Indiana where she earned her BSN from Indiana University in 2002. Her previous nursing experience includes Neurosurgical Critical Care, Organ Donation, and Emergency medicine. She earned her MSN from Ball State University and is accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Heather takes pride in being a team member of Colorado Kidney Care. She sees chronic kidney patients at the Lutheran office and dialysis center. Heather enjoys building relationships with her patients and strives to provide empowering, individualized care through education and patient involvement. Her personal interests include travel, hiking, camping, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
