About John Elliott, MD

I have a commitment to my patients and derive great joy when I see them and their families benefit from care that our team is able to provide. Having a neurosurgical procedure can be physically and emotionally taxing. I approach every patient with care and compassion, with the hope that it will help them and their families heal. My philosophy is to maximize conservative treatment options, and to only perform surgery when I feel like it will result in a positive outcome. I have the experience and surgical precision to help alleviate pain or impede a disease process. Most patients come to me because of my experience, conservative treatment philosophy, excellent post-surgical outcomes, and the ability to connect to them as a person and not just a disease or disorder. I strive to give my patients an excellent understanding of their condition, and to use my experience and skills to help them make the best treatment choices to optimize their outcome. My patients find me to be down to earth and personable.During my free time when I'm not working, I enjoy time with my wife, son, and daughter. We love the beautiful Colorado outdoors, tennis, swimming, and traveling.
