About Kathryn Wilde, NP

Katie joined AWHA in 2015 and brings over 10 years of working with women as a Registered Nurse, a certified lactation counselor and a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about working with and empowering women to achieve their wellness goals. As a partner in healthcare, Katie takes the time to really listen to her patients and explore options for care together. Katie specializes in adolescent care, birth control counseling, especially long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs), breastfeeding counseling and complete health and wellness. She believes in holistic healthcare, looking at the entire person. Katie grew up in Miami, FL and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder (Go Buffs!). She received her RN degree from Pikes Peak CC in Colorado Springs and her MSN from Frontier Nursing University. Katie lives in Castle Rock with her husband and 3 beautiful children where they enjoy hiking and roasting s'mores around the fire. She and her family love to travel, ski and attend local sporting events.
