About Lisa Cleveland, NP

Lisa Cleveland, FNP-C, Lisa joined Colorado Kidney Care and moved to Colorado in 2016. She is originally from Nebraska where she earned her MSN for Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Prior to obtaining her Master's Degree, she worked as a Registered Nurse for 16 years, where she cared for hospital patients with acute and chronic kidney disease in the general medical and progressive care settings.---Lisa's goal is to provide exceptional and compassionate care with a focus on prevention, wellness and patient education. She cares for her patients in a partnership and welcomes patients and families collaboration to provide patient-centered comprehensive care.---In her spare time, Lisa enjoys cooking/baking, cross-stitching and exploring beautiful Colorado with her husband and two sons.
