About Mark Fraley, DO

Mark Fraley, DO, is an osteopathic medicine physician and strives to take a whole person approach to treatment. He believes that quality care begins with tailoring care to each patient's individual needs, while engaging them to play an active role in their health.

Dr. Fraley attended the Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center. He is board-certified in family medicine.

He enjoys backpacking and hiking with his wife and their dog, Memphis, along the mountain trails and streams of Colorado.
