About Michelle Chapin, MD

Michelle Chapin, MD, considers it a privilege and joy to help care for children and families. She has a particular interest in asthma and allergy, as well as newborn care and development.

Dr. Chapin grew up in New York State. She received a bachelor's degree in English literature from Harvard College and went to medical school at the University of California San Francisco. She completed her residency at The Children's Hospital.

Dr. Chapin lives in Denver with her husband, Thomas, a research scientist with the US Geologic Survey, and their two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys sea kayaking and backpacking with her family and playing the piano.
