About Nathan Faulkner, MD

Dr. Faulkner graduated from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT, where he was born and raised. He attended the University Of Utah School Of Medicine and was inducted into the AOA honors society. He went on to complete his orthopedic training at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison, WI. Most recently, Dr. Faulkner received specialized training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute. He has experience working with athletes from all levels including high school, college, and professional sports.He is an active member of the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. His primary interests include sports medicine, arthroscopy and minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder, hip, and knee. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including fractures and arthritis of the shoulder and knee.Dr. Faulkner is an avid fly fisherman and skier. He and his wife, Jacey, particularly enjoy spending time exploring the outdoors with their two children.
