About Peggi Ryan, NP

Peggi Lucas attended undergraduate at University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. and graduate school at the University of Kansas City, Kansas City, MO in 1997. Peggi enjoys practicing the full scope of Family Practice. She has been with Doctors Medical Group for almost 7 years. Peggi enrolled in college to be a special education teacher, but during her undergraduate studies she had a sudden change of heart and began to climb the proverbial Mount Everest with the goal of earning a master's degree in nursing. She conquered the mountain with a 4.0 grade average and soon discovered a hidden passion within to bring hope, healing, and restoration to a suffering world. Peggi's passion has taken her around the world, using her years of medical experience for mission trips to places like Putur India and Jamaica while at the same time developing and cultivating relations with patients and often time entire families proving that love is the greatest gift of all medicines. Peggi is married and has two adult children. She is also cofounder of His Heart United, a Missouri and Colorado 501©3 nonprofit organization and has been a very active member at her church since moving to Colorado.
