About Peter Hansen, MD

Dr. Peter Hansen received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts where he graduated cum lade in chemistry. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Hansen is board certified in family medicine. For over 26 years, his dedication to his field and exceptional patient care has earned him memberships in various medical academies and societies; the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP), the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Colorado and Denver Medical Societies (CMS and DMS). Dr. Hansen provides a full spectrum of care as a physician and looks forward to caring for you and your family.
