About Robert Fish, MD

Dr. Robert I. Fish is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist joining Corneal Consultants of Colorado in July 2014. Dr. Fish is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana where he attended school for his undergraduate and medical school training. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington. After spending time researching and publishing in the field of Molecular Biology for Indiana University, he decided to pursue a medical degree. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2005, graduating with honors and was elected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. He then completed a transitional Internship at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee before moving on to residency in Ophthalmology. He finished his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he served as the Chief Resident. During this time he was actively involved in research and presented ophthalmologic research at several national meetings and published several papers as well.Dr. Fish recently completed a Cornea, Refractive and External Disease Fellowship at the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute in Aurora, Colorado. .
