About Scott Caulkins, MD

Scott Caulkins, MD, joined the family medicine team at CSHP’s east office in July 2016 after retiring from the Air Force as Lieutenant Colonel. He brings over 20 years’ experience in family and urgent care medicine with him and strives to provide top-quality care to his patients.

Dr. Caulkins earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and completed his residency at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews AFB in Maryland.

When he isn't seeing patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, Taekwondo, woodworking and hiking.
