About Shona Jones, NP

Shona Jones, RN, A-GNP, believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to live a healthy life. Healthcare can be complicated and stressful, and Shona hopes to work in partnership with patients to help them navigate the healthcare world and achieve their optimal health. She provides comprehensive primary care services including acute care, preventive services, and management of chronic conditions.

Shona has extensive experience working as a Registered Nurse at Mercy, both at the hospital and in primary care. She has a Bachelor of Science from Fort Lewis College and an Associate's Degree in Nursing from San Juan College. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through Walden University.

Shona enjoys all kinds of adventuring with her husband and sons. She is happy reading a book in the back yard, skiing powder, or hiking with friends and dogs. She is always up for the next adventure.
