A Changing Health Care Landscape
The health care landscape has never been more complex or more challenging. Keeping up with changes in reimbursement models, regulatory and compliance issues, electronic health management, and clinical services can overtax even the best
With more than 70% of Colorado counties classified as rural or frontier, the challenge to extend quality, accessible, affordable care beyond city boundaries is growing. It's been over 30 years since Centura Health helped pioneer the delivery of quality care to rural communities. Today, we are expanding our rural support network by growing our organization with physician specialists and other resources that will help us achieve our goal to become the state's rural outreach leader.
- When it comes to rural health care delivery, we have built our strategy on four guiding principles:
- Health care should be delivered locally whenever possible.
- Every community has different needs. We start by understanding them and then partnering to provide the specific resources and services that are needed the most.
- Our clinical and administrative assistance is accessible and affordable.
- Access to tertiary care services in the Centura Health network is easy.
Facing the challenges together
The health care landscape has never been more complex or more challenging. Keeping up with changes in reimbursement models, regulatory and compliance issues, electronic health management, and clinical services can overtax even the best local provider. But with the accountability and resources of a strong network partner, navigating these changes becomes manageable. Local care also contributes to economic viability, a critical consideration for the rural health care provider.
What makes Centura Rural Health different?
Providing quality, accessible care to the communities we serve is fundamental to our mission. We support local providers and physicians by customizing both care and resources. To respond to patients' health care needs, Centura Rural Health offers specialty clinics and consultation across a wide range of disciplines.
