Being a physician at Centura Health means having the ability to do what you do best – care for the whole health of your patients. Our integrated, multi-specialty medical group is designed to allow our incredible physicians to focus on delivering high-quality, whole person care while we take on the day-to-day operations. To advance and inspire whole person care, our physician-facing health system gives all physicians an opportunity to directly lead strategic planning initiatives, boards and committees.

As a member of Centura Health’s medical group you are part of a physician-led organization that puts you at the front of our decision making. The medical group is run by a peer elected physician management council that guides our operations and growth.  

Joining our medical group also provides you with a team-based model where physicians are leaders, able to ensure patients receive the best care. As part of this team, you are supported by physician site leads and medical directors ensuring you have what is needed for your patients.

In addition to a team-based physician-led environment, you will be utilizing the latest Epic EMR platform and have regular access to elbow-to-elbow training from experts overseen by Epic physician leads.

If you’re exploring a change for your practice and are interested in joining Centura as a group, we can assist you. We understand the time and effort it takes to manage your own practice and will work with you to ensure the burdens of operational and financial management transition smoothly — allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care.
