Online Scheduling FAQs

Currently, we offer online scheduling for primary care and obstetrics & gynecology (OBGYN). Watch your inbox as we continue to enable online appointment scheduling for additional medical specialties in the future.

If you have never seen your selected provider or have not been seen in the last three years, you are a new patient. If you have had a visit with this specific provider in the last three years, you can make an existing patient appointment.

You have most likely surpassed the three-year mark for being seen and are no longer considered an existing patient. If you are unable to schedule an existing patient appointment with your selected provider, please try scheduling a new patient appointment with this provider or call your clinic to make an appointment.

Contact the patient portal help desk at 1-866-414-1562 or via email. If you are still experiencing an error, call your doctor’s office directly or schedule a virtual urgent care visit to be seen immediately.

The virtual urgent care page is a great place to start to check that your symptoms qualify for a virtual visit. If you already have an account, log in directly to our patient portal and join a virtual queue for your virtual urgent care visit.

Schedule the first appointment you see and add yourself to the provider’s waitlist at the end of the online scheduling process. Check the virtual urgent care page to see if your symptoms qualify for a virtual appointment. Still have questions? Call the clinic to inquire about scheduling an appointment.

Watch for a confirmation email. Please complete eCheck-in sometime prior to your appointment. For faster service, log in or activate your patient portal account to cancel, reschedule and track appointments, as well as view lab results, message your care team and more.

Use eCheck-in from your confirmation email or patient portal. It’s the fastest way to check in before you get to your provider’s clinic. If you do not eCheck-in, you may need to fill out additional paperwork in the clinic before seeing your provider.

Completing eCheck-in allows you to complete paperwork online before your visit. If you cannot eCheck-in, please account for time to complete paperwork in the clinic.

Yes! You can schedule a virtual urgent care visit right now. For an in-person or virtual visit with your existing primary care provider, select the “I’m sick” appointment type when you schedule online. For more information, please visit our COVID-19 information center
