What to Expect

If you or a loved one would like to use this service, you must be physically present in Colorado at the time of treatment as our providers are licensed to provide care in the state of Colorado. In addition, you must also have previously been seen at a Centura Health facility and have access to our MyCenturaHealth patient portal. If your loved one is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must also be present for the visit.

Here are the four easy steps to access Virtual Urgent Care:

  1. Clicking the Connect me to Care button will take you directly to the portal.
  2. Sign into your account.
  3. Upon signing in you will be taken directly to the Virtual Urgent Care flow to start the scheduling process.
  4. You will be placed in line to be seen by a US Acute Care Solutions provider.

Centura Health’s Virtual Urgent Care partner is US Acute Care Solutions. If your Virtual Urgent Care visit results in a bill, it will come from US Acute Care Solutions. If you elect not to have your insurance billed for your visit, a flat fee of $80 will be charged. Questions? Please contact [email protected].

If you or a loved one are experiencing any of the following, a virtual urgent care visit would be appropriate:

  • Cough, cold and flu
  • Sinus infections
  • Allergies
  • Rashes and minor burns
  • Pink eye
  • Urinary tract infections (women only)
  • Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
  • Minor sprains and strains

If you feel you or a loved one are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain or breathing difficulties, please call 911 or immediately go to the nearest Emergency Department.

While Virtual Urgent Care can effectively manage many of your ailments without an in-person visit, conditions that require labs, x-rays, or a procedure, would be best managed onsite at one of our local Care centers. Find them here Urgent Care Centers.

If you need a prescription for a controlled medication, such as opiate pain killers, please contact your Primary Care Provider to schedule a visit.
