If you or a loved one are experiencing any of the following, a virtual urgent care visit would be appropriate:

  • Cough, cold and flu
  • Sinus infections
  • Allergies
  • Rashes and minor burns
  • Pink eye
  • Urinary tract infections (women only)
  • Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
  • Minor sprains and strains

If you feel you or a loved one are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain or breathing difficulties, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Note: Urgent care doctors can only provide recommendations for referrals following a virtual visit. Please follow up with your designated primary care physician for specialty care authorization.

While virtual urgent care can effectively manage many ailments without an in-person visit, conditions that require labs, x-rays, or a procedure would be best managed onsite at one of our local urgent care centers.

If you need a prescription for a controlled medication, such as opiate pain killers, please contact your primary care provider to schedule a visit.
