What to Expect
If you or a loved one would like to use this service, you must:
Be physically present in Colorado or Kansas at the time of your visit as our providers are licensed to provide care in these states.
Activate or already have a MyCenturaHealth patient portal account for the patient needing the care.
If a parent or guardian, be present with your minor at the time of the visit.
3 easy steps to virtual urgent care:
- Click here and sign into your account.
- Follow the flow to virtual urgent care scheduling.
- Automatically join the virtual urgent care line to be seen by a US Acute Care Solutions provider.
Billing: If your virtual urgent care visit results in a bill, it will come from US Acute Care Solutions, Centura’s virtual urgent care partner. If you elect not to have your insurance billed, you will receive a bill for a flat fee of $80.
Please contact [email protected] with non-urgent questions.

If you or a loved one are experiencing any of the following, a virtual urgent care visit would be appropriate:
- Cough, cold and flu
- Sinus infections
- Rashes and minor burns
- Pink eye
- Urinary tract infections (women only)
- Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea
- Minor sprains and strains
If you feel you or a loved one are experiencing a medical emergency, such as chest pain or breathing difficulties, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Note: Urgent care doctors can only provide recommendations for referrals following a virtual visit. Please follow up with your designated primary care physician for specialty care authorization.
While virtual urgent care can effectively manage many ailments without an in-person visit, conditions that require labs, x-rays, or a procedure would be best managed onsite at one of our local urgent care centers.
If you need a prescription for a controlled medication, such as opiate pain killers, please contact your primary care provider to schedule a visit.
