Covid-19 Testing

Centura Health is committed to increasing access to COVID-19 testing for communities across Colorado and Kansas. Please utilize the sections below to determine the right testing option for you or your family.

  • I Have Symptoms and Am a Current Patient at a Centura Health Clinic

If you are a patient at any Centura Health clinic and are experiencing mild to moderate cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea (rare), fatigue or sore throat, you can call the practice directly for help setting either a face-to-face or virtual appointment. If you require a test, you will be given an order and instructions for a drive-up testing appointment at a location near you.

Check with your insurance to understand your benefits, copay and costs.

Please wear a mask to all appointments and tests. If you do not have a mask, you will be given one to wear.

  • I Have Symptoms, but Am Not a Current Patient at a Centura Health Clinic

Check with your insurance to understand your benefits, copays and costs. If you visit one of our Emergency & Urgent Care locations, you will be billed at the rate for which you are triaged.

Please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, you will be given one to wear.

  • I Have Severe, Emergency Like Symptoms and Concerned I Have COVID-19

  • I Do Not Have Symptoms but Want a Test

We currently are not testing those without symptoms unless a provider wishes to order a test. If you are given an order, you will receive instructions for where to go for the test.
