I Have Symptoms and Am a Current Patient at a Centura Health Clinic
If you are a patient at any Centura Health clinic and are experiencing mild to moderate cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea (rare), fatigue or sore throat, you can call the practice directly for help setting either a face-to-face or virtual appointment. If you require a test, you will be given an order and instructions for a drive-up testing appointment at a location near you.

Please wear a mask to all appointments and tests. If you do not have a mask, you will be given one to wear.
I Have Symptoms, but Am Not a Current Patient at a Centura Health Clinic
If you are not an an established patient at a Centura Health clinic and are experiencing mild to moderate cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea (rare), fatigue or sore throat, you can walk into one of the following emergency or urgent care locations for evaluation. If you are considered symptomatic for COVID-19 you will be tested.
If you do not feel your symptoms are urgent or emergent and want to establish care with a Centura Health provider who can help you arrange a primary care visit and order for a drive up COVID-19 test if necessary, please call 888-883-9400.

I Have Severe, Emergency Like Symptoms and Concerned I Have COVID-19
If you are experiencing severe symptoms including cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever over 100, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, you should go to an emergency room. If you have COVID-19 symptoms you will be tested in addition to receiving the appropriate care for all conditions and symptoms. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency including heart attack, stroke or other life threatening emergency, dial 911.

I Do Not Have Symptoms but Want a Test
We currently are not testing those without symptoms unless a provider wishes to order a test. If you are given an order, you will receive instructions for where to go for the test.
