FAQs

Most non-healing wounds happen because of factors outside of your control. Conditions like diabetes, venous insufficiency, and arterial disease make it difficult for your body to heal. Your blood flow might not be healthy, keeping oxygen and nutrients from reaching your wound once it occurs. All of this can cause a delay in the healing of your wound. But our expert care and technology can help put you back on the road to recovery.

Most insurance plans cover wound care treatment, although coverage depends on your specific plan. We accept most insurance plans as well as Medicare, Medicaid and VA coverage plans. We also work with self-pay patients and offer pre-pay discounts and payment plans. Please bring your insurance information with you on your first visit.

To ensure complete and efficient treatment, please bring the following items with you to your first appointment:

  • A list of any medications you are currently taking and any known allergies
  • Copies of any medical records, including x-ray films
  • Completed insurance forms and current insurance card
