Twilla Lee to join Centura on September 19, 2022

Centura Health, the region’s health care leader, is pleased to announce that Twilla Lee will join St. Catherine and Bob Wilson hospitals as CEO effective September 19, 2022. Lee will lead the teams of incredible caregivers at St. Catherine Hospital – Garden City, St. Catherine Hospital – Dodge City, and Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital in Ulysses, Kansas.

On a mission to help people, one person at a time, Lee joins Centura from Lutheran Downtown Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where she served as CEO of the newly constructed 60-bed, acute care facility. Her work included developing and implementing a strategic plan for opening the hospital, including physician recruitment, staffing and operations.

Lee has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry and has a reputation for building high-performing teams, building operational efficiency and developing positive relationships with the local community and leaders.

“I am looking forward to engaging with leadership, frontline staff and community members to discover the most impactful ways that we can reach out to our community and support access to care,” Lee says. “As member of the Centura team, I want to build relationships as an integral part of the communities we serve. At the end of the day, my goal is that folks in each of the Kansas communities we serve will choose to seek care close to home at a Centura location.”

Lee earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Otterbein University.
