Operational Bases

Flight For Life® Colorado, operating out of Denver, Colorado Springs, Frisco, Pueblo and Durango, is part of the critical care transport services of CommonSpirit Health.

Since 1993, Flight For Life® Colorado has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems. We are proud that our critical care transport system was the first in Colorado to achieve this designation.

St. Anthony Summit Medical Center - Lifeguard Two

Lifeguard Two has a range of 150 miles (radius) from St. Anthony Summit Medical Center in Frisco, Colorado.

St. Francis Medical Center - Lifeguard Three

Lifeguard Three has a range of 150 mile (radius) from Penrose St. Francis Health Services in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center - Lifeguard Four

Mercy Regional Medical Center - Lifeguard Five

Lifeguard Five has a range of 150 mile radius from Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango, Colorado.

Based at Centennial Airport, Mayo provides two medically- configured KingAir 200 turbo prop airplanes equiped to handle Colorado's high altitude, short field runways. Mayo also provides a Learjet 45 with coast to coast range for longer transports.
