Abdallah Bitar, MD, is passionate about patient care with respect to coronary artery disease, peripheral arterial disease, valvular heart disease, arrhythmias and heart failure. His medical interests include internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and echocardiography.
After graduating from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, with highest honors, Dr. Bitar went on to graduate from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York via the Medical Scientist Training Program. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship training at the Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, CA, followed by interventional cardiology fellowship training at the University of Missouri in Kansas City at Saint Luke’s Mid-America Heart Institute.
In his spare time, Dr. Bitar likes to exercise and be outside as much as possible with his wife and rescued black lab.
