About James Devito, MD

Dr. James DeVito, MD, MHA is passionate about dermatology. He enjoys taking the time to understand each patient's individual needs and is dedicated to providing the best possible care. Dr. DeVito earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at New York Presbyterian Hospital (the teaching hospital of Cornell and Colombia University). Prior to that, he received his BA from Cornell University in Biology and Society (medical anthropology) with a minor in Portuguese. Before moving to the Denver area, Dr. DeVito had a dermatology practice in San Francisco and was part of the clinical faculty in the department of dermatology at Stanford University Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. Dr. DeVito participates in numerous professional societies and is active in both teaching and lecturing in the community. He frequently travels internationally to learn about the latest cutting edge procedures and most up-to-date techniques in dermatologic surgery. He combines years of education and experience with compassion and concern for the comfort and satisfaction of his patients. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, weight training and yoga.
