About Karen Ashbeck, DO

Dr. Ashbeck joined WHCA in 2003 after practicing in Michigan following her internship and residency at St. Joseph Mercy-Oakland Hospital in Pontiac Michigan. She is a 1998 graduate of Des Moines University, Des Moines, IA and received her Bachelor of Science in Physiology degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
She is Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Senior Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Ashbeck is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Osteopathic Association, as well as the Colorado Society of Osteopathic medicine. She is also a member of the Colorado Arapahoe/Douglas/Elbert Medical Societies.
In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with friends and family-her husband and two children-traveling, theatre, skiing and hiking.
