About Katherine Weisenborn, PA-C
Katherine (Kate) Weisenborn, PA-C, shares that her main goal is to treat every patient with respect and compassion. One of her favorite parts of practicing medicine is that she has the chance to build close bonds with her patients as she cares for them. Kate treats spine-related conditions, such as neck and back pain, radiculopathy, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, myelopathy, and arthropathy, among other conditions. ate specializes in physical examinations, surgical assistance and providing patient and family education.
Kate completed her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in biology/cell physiology from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado. She also completed a General Surgery Master’s Practicum at Taos Surgical Specialties and Holy Cross Hospital in Taos, New Mexico. Kate earned her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She completed a Physician Assistant Post Grad Internship at All Valley Women’s Care in Aspen, Colorado. Kate has certifications in DEA Controlled Substance; Basic Life Support; and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant by DORA in Colorado and is also board-certified by the New Mexico Board of Medicine.
Kate loves to do anything with her dog! She also enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, home improvements and finding new things to turn into art projects.
