About Kathleen Watt, MD

Dr. Watt has been with WHCA since 2001 after completing her residency at Denver's Exempla/St. Joseph Hospital. She earned her medical agree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1997. She also has a Master of Sciences in Biological Sciences from Denver University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
She is Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is an American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists Fellow. She belongs to the American Medical Association, the Colorado Medical Society, the Arapahoe/Douglas/Elbert Medical Society, and the Alpha Omega Medical Honor Society. Her special medical interests are health maintenance, disease prevention, minimally invasive gynecology surgery, and evidence-based medicine.
Married with two children, she enjoys mogul skiing, reading, exercising, and cooking. She brings a special talent to WHCA as she is fluent in German.
