About Mark Murray, MD

Mark M. Murray, MD, PhD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional neurologist. His experience and special interests lie in endovascular neurosurgery and interventional neuroradiology, including minimally invasive neurological procedures, stroke genetics, acute stroke management and stroke interventions.

Dr. Murray earned his medical degree and a doctorate in neurogenetics from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. His post-graduate education included a residency in neurology at the Virginia Commonwealth University, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by an interventional neurology fellowship at the North Texas Stroke Institute.

Believing strongly that each patient is unique, Dr. Murray is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. He treats a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to acute stroke, head and neck tumors, aneurysms, AVMs and carotid artery stenosis.
