About Riley Swonson, NP

Riley Swonson, NP, believes that clear and open communication is the foundation to building strong relationships with her patients. By partnering with her patients, they can determine what treatment options are best to achieve optimal wellness. Riley provides care for the entire family, from newborns to seniors, and treats acute illnesses like infections, common colds, or minor injuries. She can also help manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid diseases.

Riley earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She is licensed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a certified medical-surgical registered nurse.

Riley loves spending time with her family. She and her husband have a variety of animals that they care for, and she enjoys being with them. Riley likes to spend time outdoors hiking and has interests in cooking and interior design.
