About Samuel Longfellow, DO

Samuel Longfellow, DO, has a passion for providing care to an underserved population and for serving a diverse group of patients. He chose family medicine because he likes being a well-rounded doctor who feels confident in caring for everyone from babies and kids to adults and the elderly.

Dr. Longfellow completed his medical education at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He specializes in OB, clinic medicine, hospital medicine and developing a strong continuity of care. He was born and raised in Colorado. He is a proud 2018 graduate of the Southern Colorado Family Medicine (SCFM) Residency Program and now serves at the clinic as a faculty physician.

His wife, Lindsey, was born and raised in Pueblo and is practicing as a hospitalist at Parkview Medical Center. They enjoy spending time together with their two dogs, Annie and Charlie, as well as going to movies, hiking, snowboarding, playing board games, being in the mountains, hunting and fishing. He loves sports and is an avid Denver Broncos fan.
