About Stephan Forstot, MD

Dr. S. Lance Forstot is a board certified ophthalmologist and founding partner of Corneal Consultants of Colorado.Dr. Forstot graduated from Princeton University and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After interning at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Dr. Forstot spent two years serving with the U.S. Public Health Service. He completed his residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in corneal and external diseases at the University of Florida College of Medicine.Dr. Forstot has been recognized as one of the nation's top doctors of ophthalmology.He is a recipient of an Honor Award and Senior Honor Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and has served on numerous panels and boards throughout his career, including his role as president of the Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists.Dr. Forstot has served as a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
