SET Programs

Bridging health care gaps for the underserved.

SET (Service, Empowerment, Transformation) was created by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters in 1988 to serve the uninsured, underinsured and elderly populations in Denver and Colorado Springs. Under the auspices of this program, highly skilled and compassionate nurses and case workers provide access to free health clinics and community resources, acting as a bridge between the uninsured, underinsured, low-income seniors and the health care system. These programs embody the mission of CommonSpirit Health as they support our efforts to provide much-needed community health services.
