About Daniel Kaplan, DO

Daniel Kaplan, DO, treats his patients as family. By carefully examining their medical situations he can educate his patients on their treatment options. Dr. Kaplan treats traumatic injuries and end stage joint disease with the goal of improving his patients' lifestyles and functions.

Dr. Kaplan obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then went to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, Florida and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery from Jersey City Medical Center- RWJ-St Barnabas in Jersey City, New Jersey. At Mountain Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons in Denver, Colorado, Dr. Kaplan was fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma. In addition to being a DO, Dr. Kaplan is also board-certified in Physical Therapy.  

Dr. Kaplan enjoys spending time with his wife, children and the family dogs.
