Jessa Kennedy, Nurse Practitioner, earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing at University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH and her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS.
Jessa’s philosophy for treating patients is that every woman deserves quality healthcare provided with skill, compassion and dedication. Her goal is to provide individualized care to each and every patient. She is committed to a patient-centered care approach using open communication, focusing on patient education and collaboration with patients to set and reach outcome and treatment goals.
Jessa brings many years of labor and delivery care, prenatal care and women’s health experience . She is experienced in providing outpatient care to patients, offering primary women’s health services including pre-conception care, prenatal and postpartum care, family planning services, management of sexually transmitted infections, well-women care, peri-menopause and menopause care, and care for women experiencing episodic acute or chronic conditions. With additional education and clinical experience, she is also qualified to practice in a variety of subspecialty areas, such as reproductive endocrinology, urogynecology, and high-risk pregnancy, surgical assistance, and to perform advanced technical procedures such as ultrasound interpretation, colposcopy, LEEP, and other minor surgical procedures performed in the outpatient setting.
